A gold medalist from Madras University, is a development professional with considerable experience in change management, scenario development, institutional building and resource mobilization for non-profits both in terms of funding, as well as technical and networking support. Using her experience from a career spanning close to 2 decades in diverse areas of urban poverty, she has defined a viable and sustainable social investment model through public-private partnerships transferring successful business strategies, skills and venture support to develop citizen-based initiatives with civil society organisations, community based organisations, NGOs, governments, networks, business, media, national and international agencies.
