DEVELOPING EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF SUBURBAN HYDERABAD IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PLAN INTERNATIONAL-INDIA
Plan International-India is a child centred development organization that aims to promote child-rights and improve the quality of life ofvulnerable children. Plan works with 11 states in India and has directly impacted the lives of over one million children and their families since 1979. Plan India is a part of Plan International which was founded in 1937 after the Spanish Civil War and is currently working in 68 countries.
The Partnership Programme between Plan and CAP aimed to develop employability skills among young people from Qutbullapur&KukatpallyMandals of Rangareddy District of Andhra Pradesh, Employability Skill Training was delivered to these youth in order to increase their access to new economy jobs and thereby improve their livelihood though raising family income.
