Overview

There currently exists a gap in demand and supply for workforce in India, resulting from the poor and unrelated academic qualifications of the youth. This is leading to unemployment. Rajiv Ugyogasri Demanding skills to the students with the funding from the government and see that they will be absorbed by the businesses.

CAP Foundation was provided the opportunity to implement this program in 2 centers in Andhrapradesh.
