MGSI (Microsoft Global Services India)
Overview
The partnership project between MGSI and CAP reached out to 562 young people between the age of 18-35 years over a period of 1 year through 3 months and 6 months Basic Employability Skills Training programme. The courses offered were Retail Services, Hospitality services and Information Enabled Technology Services.
CAP enrolled 566 candidates out of which 445 candidates have completed 3 months employability training programme and 94 candidates have completed 6 months employability training programme. Additionally, 27 transgenders were provided employability training programme on a pilot basis. 421 candidates were placed at the end of the partnership programme.
