The CAP Foundation is a registered Trust, Initiated as an innovative public private partnership to demonstrate a model to address poverty alleviation through linking learning and livelihood needs of working children and disadvantaged youth at risk to equitable qualitative learning and promising labour market oriented vocational training opportunities. The Foundation specializes in working with the most deprived, vulnerable and difficult to reach sections of young and women in poor urban and Peri-urben communities at risk and has a very strong gender perspective.
Our vision is to be an end-to-end community based solutions provider in linking quality learning and sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable communities of children and young people.
Our mission is to build safer, healthier and productive communities of young people capable of supporting self-directed growth and positive citizenship.

Dr. Gangadharan is a development professional with 30 years experience in institute building, change management, eco-system development and resource mobilization with non-profit and corporate foundations.
Dr. Gangadharan has to her credit many innovative and path-breaking initiatives including Dr. Reddy's Foundation for Human and Social Development, Hyderabad programs of India, the Child Relief and You (CRY) Fellowship Program and Clothes Bank- for recycling used clothes.
Dr. C. R. Naidu
Dr. C. R. Naidu joined Indian Police Services (IPS) in 1977. He took voluntary retirement in October 2007 as Joint Director General-MCR HRD Institute of AP. Currently, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of Sairam Labs Pvt. Ltd., besides serving as Trustee of CAP Foundation and Director of CAP WDI Pvt. Ltd. He has done MA in Sociology and a doctorate in commerce & Management. He has authorized a book on “Preventive Powers of Police”, which was published by Police Academy.
Dr Ravindra Prasad
Is an urban specialist. He has directed a large number of training and orientation programs for community development functionaries - elected and official - under Urban Services for the Poor supported by the Ministry of Urban Development, GoI and UNICEF. He is a member of Task Force on Women and Community Empowerment, Government of AP, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh Vision 2020 - Community Development and Employment Generation, Government of AP.
