The CAP Foundation is a registered Trust, Initiated as an innovative public private partnership to demonstrate a model to address poverty alleviation through linking learning and livelihood needs of working children and disadvantaged youth at risk to equitable qualitative learning and promising labour market oriented vocational training opportunities. The Foundation specializes in working with the most deprived, vulnerable and difficult to reach sections of young and women in poor urban and Peri-urben communities at risk and has a very strong gender perspective.

Srikanth Pakala shines brightly as an exemplar of both innovation and empathy, epitomizing the essence of entrepreneurial spirit and social consciousness. His transformative odyssey from a budding engineer to a trailblazing entrepreneur and benevolent philanthropist is a resounding testament to his steadfast dedication to fostering constructive change and uplifting communities. After spending a quarter of a century in the United States, Srikanth returned to India Eight years ago, and his diverse array of contributions to Indian society vividly underscores his deep-rooted commitment to his homeland.

Dr. C. R. Naidu joined Indian Police Services (IPS) in 1977. He took voluntary retirement in October 2007 as Joint Director General-MCR HRD Institute of AP. Currently, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of Sairam Labs Pvt. Ltd., besides serving as Trustee of CAP Foundation and Director of CAP WDI Pvt. Ltd. He has done MA in Sociology and a doctorate in commerce & Management. He has authorized a book on “Preventive Powers of Police”, which was published by Police Academy.
